Research pricing depends on sample size, geography, methodology (online vs. face-to-face), respondent type, questionnaire length, and reporting requirements. We provide a detailed project cost estimate after scoping the study. There are no hidden charges.

For IT projects: typically 40% advance, 40% at midpoint, 20% on delivery. For research projects: 50% advance, 50% on final deliverable submission. Specific terms are agreed and documented before project commencement. We do not start work without a signed agreement.

Yes. We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and project scope agreement before any work begins. This protects both parties and ensures there is a documented understanding of scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
