Build and maintain responsive websites for clients across sectors. Must be comfortable with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one backend language (PHP or Node.js). Knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
Conduct face-to-face surveys, consumer interviews, and outlet audits across assigned locations. Must be fluent in Hindi, have a smartphone, and be comfortable with mobile data entry apps.
Analyse survey and fieldwork data to produce insightful client reports. Proficiency in Excel, SPSS, or Python (pandas). Strong report-writing skills in English. Experience with data visualization tools is advantageous.
Develop native Android applications for clients in retail, logistics, and research. Experience with Java or Kotlin required. Familiarity with REST APIs and Firebase is a plus.
Lead and supervise teams of field investigators during on-ground research projects. Responsible for quality control, daily reporting, and respondent management. Prior supervisory experience in MR fieldwork preferred.
